A nice way to present all type of subjects is by the Matrix Method of Peter Camp. One can divide an organization into three different main aspects (systems): Strategy, Organization and People. We can see these aspect from three different perspectives: Technical, Political and Cultural. This gives nine different cells, which together present the total dynamics of an organization. So there are many subjects to choose.
